Maid Introduction

Ellen completed 2 contracts in Saudi and in Singapore. She has good experience with infants and young children. In her first employment in Saudi, she cooked puree, fed, showered and played with the infant. She maintained hygiene and sterilised feeding bottles. In Singapore, she took care of an abled elderly couple and watched over their 3 grandchildren who visited every weekday after school.
Ellen has a very serious and stern disposition, with little social conversation. She seems to be in control of situations and is very street smart. We feel she will be suitable for families with young kids that may need discipline with school work.

At Integrative Manpower Solutions, we believe that the success of migrant domestic worker (MDW) placements is highly dependent on the matching of expectations between MDW and employer, employer and agency, and MDW and agency.

This is why we focus on information sharing to establish strong foundations in relationships and capability.

We understand the needs of families to help them source for the most suitable MDWs. Our partners in home countries work closely with us to ensure a smooth transition as MDWs move from their home country to a foreign environment.

MDWs undergo pre-employment medical screening and pre-employment training so that they learn about the local culture as well as understanding the living and working environment to better meet employers’ expectations. After their arrival, we endeavour to consistently assist with the MDW’s integration with regular trainings and social gatherings to support them during their employment in Singapore.
